Return & Exchange Policy
We take great care in ensuring every item is carefully checked before it leaves our studio. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we’re always here to help if thereis an issue with your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect in style or quantity, please contact us within 15 days of receipt at syra1018@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and package. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

For custom-made or personalized items, please note that these are made specially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.
However, if the item you received is exactly as ordered but you later realize you provided the wrong model or specification, please reach out to us. We’d love to help you are welcome to reorder the same custom item at 50% of the original price, and we’ll include it with your next shipment.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or resends if:

The delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address; or
The tracking status shows the order as “delivered” and no official loss confirmation is provided by your local post office.
Before placing your order, please double-check your shipping details, contact information, and discount codes, as we are unable to make changes once your order has been submitted.
